Kate Swinson’s signature aesthetic for The Papered Room by Kate Swinson is born from the delicate line work of her art practice. The designs have grown from a childhood roaming through the natural landscape juxtaposed with Kate’s art practice and desire to wrap a space with beautiful fine art drawing. Gill Cameron
Artist & creator of ‘Line for a Walk’
Gill Cameron is an artist and Illustrator base in Bondi. She is fascinated by the fluid nature of watercolour and liquid acrylics and use their unpredictable nature to encapsulate her illustrations of her coastal environment and the characters within it, giving them depth and bringing them to life. Materialistic creates original hand screen printed textile pieces for the home in bright graphic colours. Designer Angie likes to find the fun in the everyday. She likes the idea of ordinary things being a source of beauty or pleasure. Washing up has to be done, teatowels have to be used why not make life a little brighter? Each item is unique as all products are individually screen printed by hand using eco-friendly non-toxic inks in her Sydney studio space.
